Telephone
There will be a new dialing procedure to complete all local non-mobile calls, consumers will need to dial their area code + telephone number. This applies to all calls within area codes that are currently dialed with seven digits. The new dialing pattern will require all calls to be dialed with the 10 digit phone number.

Basic Local Service:
Basic dial tone service allows you unlimited local calling each month.
Access Charge:
The FCC mandates that local companies provide long distance companies access to the telephone network. This charge is a direct contribution toward the cost of providing long distance service.
Expanded Local Calling:
Allows unlimited local calling to certain additional exchanges.
911 Service Fee:
This state-mandated charge supports the cost of providing 911 emergency service.
Tone Dialing:
With tone Dialing, you can make calls using a push-button rather than a rotary dial telephone, and you will be able to interact automated response calls.
Bean, Elkins, Goodnight, Gurley, Kress, Redmon, Vigo Park
In addition to these charges 911 fees and surcharges will be added.
